As a commitment to quality service for all our customers. We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation.
However, we recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you.
Our employees depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time.
We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee or a minimum of 20% fee to repeated last-minute cancellations.
In addition, Mehron Salon reserves the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. Fees will be added to your bill.
